Our lawful bases are principally our legitimate interests in running and developing Sequent Advisory and communicating with people who have a professional relationship with us; taking steps before, or performing, a contract where applicable; and compliance with legal obligations where required.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to operate the website, email and other business systems. These currently include Framer for website hosting and forms and Google Workspace for email and related services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become an ongoing business relationship are normally retained for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
